(Taylor’s Version) dives into one album per episode, exploring the nuances of an album as a whole. On rotating weeks, Taylor picks an album she has never heard before and observes her first reaction to the album, highlighting which songs stood out to her for good and bad reasons. On the complimenting weeks, she will play an album she has already heard and explains why this album is worth listening to. The art of listening to a full album has been lost to our generation as streaming services push singles from popular artists, but on (Taylor’s Version), the full album listening experience is making a comeback.
